Pengaruh Profitabilitas, Leverage, Operating Capacity dan Corporate Governance terhadap Financial Distress Perusahaan Ritel di BEI Tahun 2011-2017

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage, operating capacity and corporate governance on financial distress in retail companies Indonesia Stock Exchange. uses a quantitative approach associative research, which is measured using OLS-Data Panel Logistics method with Eviews 10. The population this are listed Exchange (IDX) from 2011 2017. sample determined based purposive sampling method, total 18 so that observations were 126 observations. data used research secondary data. collection technique documentation through official IDX website: www.idx.co.id websites each company. Hypothesis testing t-test. results prove profitability has significant negative distress, while have positive distress.
